Institutional Sales Manager (Payments / Crypto OTC) - Hong Kong

As an Institutional Sales Manager at OSL, you drive OTC trading volume and revenue by engaging with B2B clients, payment institutions, and trading firms in Hong Kong's high-volume trading environment. You'll leverage your knowledge of Web3 payments, USDT settlements, and OTC logic to source, pitch, and close deals with institutional clients.

What you'll do

• Source, pitch, and close new B2B clients, with a focus on payment institutions (Web2 and Web3), cross-border payments, and commodity or forex trading firms
• Leverage your established network and client base to bring in immediate revenue and drive high-volume OTC transactions
• Manage existing house leads and conduct proactive outbound sales
• Facilitate crypto payment on and off-ramp solutions and USDT settlements for institutional clients
• Ensure all client onboarding and trading activities strictly adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, and work closely with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities

What you bring

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development for junior candidates, or 4-5+ years for senior candidates, within Crypto OTC, Web3 Payments, Forex OTC, CFDs, or Commodity OTC
• A solid, working understanding of OTC logic, USDT workflows, and crypto on and off-ramp mechanisms
• Existing client resources or a verifiable ability to drive high trading volume
• Business proficiency in both Mandarin and English

Nice to have

• An SFC Type 1 license
• Background from a native crypto OTC desk, a traditional Web2 payment company transitioning to Web3, or a Singapore DPT or NPI licensed firm
