Intern, Business IT

As a Business IT Intern at Bitpanda, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the Business IT team with internal IT operations. You'll provide first-level support for workspaces and cloud applications, play an important part in onboarding and offboarding processes, and help manage hardware delivery across the company. This internship is ideal if you're eager to start your career in Business IT and learn from one of Europe's most advanced technology stacks.

What you'll do

• Manage key apps and workspaces used across Bitpanda
• Contribute to small IT projects and help maintain the highest IT security standards
• Own onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and provide support to end-users
• Assist with management of hardware and help streamline processes across the hardware lifecycle

What you bring

• A strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn about tools such as Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Interest in understanding hardware lifecycle management and best practices in IT security
• You are pursuing a degree in IT or have a history of personal projects or professional experience related to IT
• You are reliable, disciplined, and have a proactive approach to problem solving
