Intern, Business IT

As a Business IT Intern at Bitpanda, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Business IT team with internal IT tasks. You will provide first-level support for workspaces and cloud-based applications, play an important part in onboarding and offboarding processes, and help manage hardware delivery across the company. This internship is ideal if you want to start your career in Business IT and learn from one of Europe's most advanced technology stacks.

What you'll do

• Manage key applications and workspaces used across Bitpanda
• Help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining the highest IT security standards
• Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support
• Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help streamline processes across the hardware lifecycle

What you bring

• A genuine interest in IT and eagerness to learn about cutting-edge technology stacks such as Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Interest in deepening your understanding of hardware lifecycle and best practices in IT security
• You are pursuing a degree in a field related to IT or have a history of personal projects or professional experience related to IT
• You are reliable and disciplined, take initiative, and have a proactive approach to problem solving
