International Web3 Growth & Community Marketer

As a Web3 Growth & Community Marketer at NoLimitNodes, you own the full journey from community awareness through product discovery, trial, activation and conversion to paying customer. NoLimitNodes is a Solana infrastructure and blockchain data platform providing RPC, Yellowstone gRPC, Shredstream, Enhanced Streams, Program Streams and historical Solana datasets to developers, traders, MEV teams and Web3 companies globally. You will build awareness, community relationships and qualified users for the platform.

What you'll do

• Build Web3 communities by identifying and engaging Solana, DeFi, trading, MEV and developer communities across Telegram, Discord, X and other Web3 channels
• Drive product adoption through campaigns that bring developers and teams to NoLimitNodes and convert them into trials and active users
• Own Telegram growth by helping build and promote the Telegram bot for product discovery, support, trial activation and API-key distribution
• Create developer marketing content around Solana RPC, gRPC, Shredstream, Program Streams and blockchain data use cases
• Build relationships with Solana projects, developers, influencers, hackathons and ecosystem communities
• Test growth experiments including referral programs, community campaigns, creator partnerships and other acquisition channels
• Track qualified leads, trials, API activation, active users and paid conversions, focusing on outcome metrics rather than vanity metrics like followers and impressions

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in Web3, crypto, SaaS or developer-focused marketing
• A strong understanding of the Solana and Web3 ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Telegram, Discord and X
• Strong community-building and relationship skills
• Comfort learning and explaining technical products
• Strong written communication and execution skills
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on user acquisition and conversion

• Solana developer-community experience

What we offer

• Salary of ₹5 LPA
• Full-time position based in Whitefield, Bangalore on a hybrid arrangement
