Investment Analyst Intern, Robinhood Ventures (Summer 2027)

As an Investment Analyst Intern at Robinhood Ventures, you will be a core part of a lean team researching, evaluating, and supporting investments across our platform, with a focus on late-stage investments. Robinhood Ventures is building a new kind of venture capital platform, making the best private companies in the world accessible to retail investors everywhere in service of our broader mission to democratize finance for all. You will work alongside a high-performing team applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems.

What you'll do

• Research markets and sectors that Robinhood Ventures should focus on, and identify key companies that we need to meet
• Serve as a key part of the deal team for investments we evaluate, owning core diligence workstreams such as financial modeling, competitive analysis, and helping shape investment theses
• Work with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and more to build experiences in the Robinhood app that differentiate Robinhood Ventures for retail investors and portfolio companies

What you bring

• Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth company, with fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research
• Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and the private companies driving them, with the ability to proactively form opinions on key trends and companies
• An existing network in the startup ecosystem, or the drive to build one, to help Robinhood Ventures identify and connect with promising companies
• Proven ability to work independently in lean, high-output environments and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
