iOS Developer

As an iOS Developer at CryptoMize, you design and build applications for mobile devices running Apple's iOS operating system. You join a team shipping privacy-first communication products in the CryptoSuite, with immediate joining available at our New Delhi headquarters. This is a full-time, permanent position on a rolling, always-hiring basis.

What you'll do

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform from concept through delivery, using sound software design, coding, and process
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications that users feel and reviewers evaluate
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, and security teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs through systematic diagnosis
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation so the codebase the next engineer inherits reflects your standards
• Write unit tests for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency as the iOS platform evolves
• Build against privacy requirements stricter than the App Store baseline, ensuring privacy-first design in every feature you ship

What you bring

• Production craft in Swift and SwiftUI
• Familiarity with UIKit and Cocoa Touch, with literacy in Objective-C for legacy code paths
• Demonstrated skill in application performance, quality, and responsiveness engineering
• Experience with cross-functional feature definition, design, and shipping
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and diagnose bugs systematically
• Discipline in code organization and automation
• Skill in unit testing for robustness across edge cases, usability, and reliability
• A privacy-first engineering mindset (non-negotiable for this product line)
• Experience with API and backend integration
• Familiarity with App Store submission and release management
