IT Manager

As an IT Manager at CryptoMize, you own the supervision, implementation, and maintenance of the company's computing infrastructure, systems, applications, hardware, and software. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at our New Delhi headquarters, with immediate joining available on a rolling, always-hiring basis.

What you'll do

• Supervise, implement, and maintain the company's computing needs, systems, applications, hardware, and software to secure-and-effective standards
• Develop, use, and integrate IT systems across the operation to connect platforms that were never designed to interoperate
• Resolve technical problems that escalate beyond first-level support, serving as the escalation seat when answers are not readily available
• Train users on maximizing the value of technology in the business, treating enablement as a standing duty beyond administration
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and recommend IT infrastructure improvements grounded in evidence
• Use technology strategy and tactics to achieve business goals, treating the strategy element as the second half of the job title
• Upgrade and implement new technology on deliberate refresh cycles rather than by vendor deadline
• Keep business objectives and customer requirements aligned on the technology stack, treating unmet user requirements as unmet business objectives
• Manage vendors and budgets while maintaining documentation and runbook discipline

What you bring

• Firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices, applied daily
• Demonstrated skill in systems integration across platforms and vendors
• Technical management capability for both staff and systems
• Proven ability to resolve problems under escalation pressure
• Experience in user training and technology enablement
• Demonstrated ability in system performance monitoring for cost and productivity optimization
• Customer-oriented mindset, treating internal users as customers
• Strong presentation skills with technical depth
• Discipline in documentation and runbook maintenance

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM suites such as Freshservice or ServiceNow-class platforms
• Hands-on experience with cloud consoles including AWS or Cloudflare
• Proficiency with MDM platforms such as Intune
• Experience with monitoring stacks like Zabbix or Grafana
