IT Support Specialist (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

As an IT Support Specialist at Ripple, you join our IT team to ensure employees worldwide can work with maximum efficiency. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role working alongside the IT Support Manager, providing front-line technical support and managing the employee technology lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
• Support and troubleshoot SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, and Slack.
• Deliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management including Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
• Manage employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation.
• Lead New Hire IT Orientation and provide day-one technical guidance.
• Act as the point of contact for conference room AV systems such as Neat, Crestron, and Zoom.
• Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation for end users and internal teams.
• Support IT initiatives, including deployments, office moves, and system migrations.
• Provide coverage for teammates during absences and participate in global on-call rotations when required.

What you bring

• Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira and FreshService.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with conference room technologies such as Neat, Crestron, and Logitech.
• Experience with Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, or basic networking troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of information security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week to foster collaboration, real-time troubleshooting, and team innovation.
