Junior Team Assistant

As a Junior Team Assistant at Blockchain.com, you'll join the CEO Office and work closely with the Chief of Staff to manage the CEO's daily schedule, travel, logistics and administrative needs. This is an early-career role ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing global crypto company. You'll handle everything from coordinating international travel to managing calendars across time zones, supporting hospitality and processing expenses. No two days will look the same, and you'll need to be comfortable switching between tasks, adapting to changing priorities and getting things done quickly and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Research, plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and visas, and prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation.
• Coordinate with the security team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth travel arrangements, and handle last-minute changes and cancellations with efficiency and flexibility.
• Support the Chief of Staff in managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and keeping schedules organised.
• Prepare daily schedules, reminders and relevant briefing materials for the CEO.
• Take notes during meetings, track action items and follow up to ensure completion.
• Coordinate catering, refreshments, meals and meeting room arrangements.
• Make restaurant reservations and coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings and events.
• Track and process expenses, receipts and supporting documentation, and maintain accurate and organised records.
• Assist with scheduling personal appointments, reservations and other logistical arrangements with professionalism and discretion.
• Support ad hoc requests and assist with whatever is needed to keep the day running efficiently.

• Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic environment, occasionally adjusting your schedule to accommodate different time zones and business priorities.
• Strong communication skills: professionalism, clarity and confidence when interacting with colleagues, external partners and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, operations, administration or another fast-paced environment.
• Interest in using AI to work more efficiently.
