Junior Videographer & Editor

As a Junior Videographer & Editor at Bitpanda, you create high-quality, social-first video content that brings the brand, products, campaigns, and events to life across social channels. You combine strong camera skills, editing craft, and a deep understanding of social media formats to produce content that feels premium, engaging, and platform-native.

What you'll do

• Shoot and edit high-quality social-first video content for Bitpanda's social media channels, campaigns, studio productions, and events, including internal video content
• Operate camera setups independently in both studio and live environments, ensuring strong visual quality and storytelling
• Edit engaging short-form content optimized for social platforms, with a focus on pacing, hooks, and audience retention
• Support the creation of motion graphics, animations, and AI-supported creative assets
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team, especially Concept and Design, to develop visually strong, premium content formats aligned with the Bitpanda brand

What you bring

• Strong hands-on experience with camera operation and an understanding of both the technical and creative side of shooting content, from studio setups to event coverage
• Confidence working with Adobe Premiere Pro and a strong understanding of editing for social-first formats and short-form storytelling
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects and comfort creating simple animations and motion graphics
• Interest in social media, digital culture, finance, and emerging technologies, with an understanding of what makes content work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to generate AI-supported video assets and visuals as part of modern content production workflows
