Lab Technician

As a Lab Technician at CryptoMize, you own the specimen lifecycle on assigned client engagements across medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and hospital environments. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the New Delhi HQ, deploying to client laboratory workflows as needed. You work with trained in-house methodologies and intelligence platforms, floating between clients as project needs demand.

What you'll do

• Own the specimen lifecycle on assigned client engagements: receipt, labeling, tracking, and analysis of blood, tissue, and body-fluid samples under full chain of custody
• Run routine and specialized analyses on hematology and clinical-chemistry platforms, with sign-off accountability for the results you report
• Carry the quality system on your bench: daily controls, calibration verification, and the discipline to invalidate your own run when drift indicates it
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and bench equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance to maintain uptime
• Keep Laboratory Information System (LIS) records audit-ready through registration, result entry, corrections, and maintaining defensible audit trails
• Float between client laboratory workflows as project needs demand, carrying CryptoMize's methodology into each environment
• Supervise interns through scoped bench work, counter-sign their early results, and feed conversion decisions
