Lead Marketing Compliance Specialist

As a Lead Marketing Compliance Specialist at Bybit, you review marketing, advertising, sponsorship and promotional materials from a regulatory compliance perspective across our global platform serving over 80 million users. You work with Marketing, Business Development and regional teams to interpret and apply financial promotion rules across relevant jurisdictions, advise on regulatory risks, and maintain marketing compliance frameworks.

What you'll do

• Review marketing, advertising, sponsorship, branding and promotional materials from a regulatory compliance perspective
• Advise Marketing, BD and regional teams on applicable requirements, regulatory risks and mitigation measures
• Interpret and apply marketing, advertising and financial promotion rules across relevant jurisdictions
• Escalate matters to Legal, local Compliance Officers or external counsel where legal interpretation is required
• Maintain marketing compliance frameworks, review protocols, internal guidance and regulatory trackers
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting marketing and promotional activities globally
• Support the investigation and remediation of marketing-related compliance incidents
• Deliver compliance training to Marketing and business teams
• Prepare regular reporting on key risks, incidents and remediation actions
• Support regulatory enquiries or engagements relating to marketing activities where required

What you bring

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, marketing compliance, financial promotions or a related role
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising and financial promotion requirements in regulated industries, with demonstrated experience reviewing campaigns, sponsorships, promotions, customer communications and affiliate activities
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance
• Multi-jurisdictional experience strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and emerging technology to improve research, review and compliance workflows
• A legal qualification (preference given to candidates with this qualification)
• Fluent English
