Lead Product Designer - Predictions, OG

As Lead Product Designer at OG, a Crypto.com prediction markets platform, you own end-to-end product design quality across consumer products. OG combines the accessibility of a consumer app, a social layer, and institutional-grade rigor so users can trade on real-world outcomes in sports, finance, politics, culture, and entertainment. You report directly to the Chief Product Officer, set the design standard, and ship exceptional experiences that move business outcomes with no layers between you and strategy.

What you'll do

• Own design strategy end-to-end by setting design principles and standards for each product alongside product and market requirements, and ensuring nothing ships without meeting your craft bar.
• Ship journeys, not screens, by defining customer journeys and solving complex UX problems with urgency from discovery through prototype to production in lockstep with product and engineering.
• Drive product strategy through design by presenting design direction, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders and shaping the roadmap, not just decorating it.
• Coach designers on journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, set the quality bar, and develop the people who will hit it without you in the room.
• Own the design system by overseeing and contributing to the shared system so quality scales across teams instead of fragmenting into one-off UI.
• Turn data and research into decisions by digging into user behavior, running interviews, focus groups, and usability tests, and turning insights into roadmap-changing recommendations.

What you bring

• Proven B2C product design leadership where you owned design for digital consumer products at meaningful scale, set the craft bar, navigated stakeholder conflict, and shipped a launch.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of journeys you led, including the problem, the tradeoffs, and what moved after ship (a portfolio is required).
• User-centered craft with business teeth, applying UX principles in service of outcomes and a track record of choosing the harder UX path when data or user behavior demanded it.
• Multi-project shipping at scale where you ran several workstreams in parallel, sequenced work, cut scope, and still shipped quality.
• Team leadership experience developing and coaching a mid-to-large design team, with examples of how someone grew under you and how you handled quality slips.
• Executive presence to translate creative vision into business language and align senior stakeholders on design direction when opinions conflicted.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, crypto, or trading UX, having designed money-moving or high-stakes financial flows where trust and clarity are the product.
• Scaled design systems experience where you evolved a system used by multiple product squads and can show adoption beyond just a Figma library.
• Research operations fluency where you built a lightweight research cadence that product and engineering actually use.
• Fluency with AI tools.
