Lead Product Designer - Predictions, OG

As Lead Product Designer for Predictions at OG (a Crypto.com company), you own end-to-end product design quality across consumer products built for prediction markets. You set design standards and ship exceptional experiences that move business outcomes, from design strategy and principles through end-to-end journeys, the shared design system, research, and a design team executing at pace. You report directly to the Chief Product Officer with full autonomy over design delivery, craft bar, and sequencing.

What you'll do

• Own design strategy end-to-end by setting design principles and standards for each product alongside product and market requirements, and make the craft call on what ships.
• Ship journeys, not screens, by defining customer journeys and solving complex UX problems with urgency from discovery through prototype to production in lockstep with product and engineering.
• Drive product strategy through design by presenting design direction, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders and shaping the roadmap rather than decorating it.
• Raise the team by coaching designers on journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, setting the quality bar and developing people who execute without you in the room.
• Own the design system by overseeing and contributing to the shared system so quality scales across teams instead of fragmenting.
• Turn data and research into decisions by digging into user behavior, running interviews, focus groups, and usability tests, and turning insights into roadmap-changing recommendations.

What you bring

• Proven B2C product design leadership with ownership of digital consumer products at meaningful scale, including launching products where you set the craft bar, navigated stakeholder conflict, and shipped.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership (journeys, not just polished screens) that shows the problem, tradeoffs, and business impact after ship. A portfolio is required.
• User-centered craft grounded in business outcomes, with the ability to describe a time you chose the harder UX path because data or user behavior demanded it and show the resulting impact.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel and sequence work, cut scope, and ship quality at scale.
• Team building and coaching experience developing a mid-to-large design team, with ability to describe how someone grew under you and how you handled quality slips.
• Executive presence to translate creative vision into business language and align senior stakeholders on design direction when opinions conflict.

Nice to have

• Experience as an AI player and early adopter.
• Fintech, crypto, or trading UX experience designing money-moving or high-stakes financial flows where trust and clarity are the product.
• Design systems work at scale, having evolved a system used by multiple product squads with demonstrated adoption beyond a Figma library.
• Research ops fluency with experience building a lightweight research cadence that product and engineering actually use.
