Lead Product Designer - Predictions, OG

As Lead Product Designer at OG, a Crypto.com prediction market platform, you own end-to-end product design quality across consumer products. You set the design standard and ship experiences that move business outcomes: design strategy, principles, end-to-end journeys, the shared design system, user research, and a high-performing design team. You report directly to the Chief Product Officer with full ownership of craft bar, design delivery, and roadmap execution.

What you'll do

• Own design strategy end-to-end, setting design principles and standards for each product alongside product and market requirements, and ensure nothing ships without meeting your bar.
• Define customer journeys and solve complex UX problems with urgency from discovery through prototype to production in lockstep with product and engineering.
• Present design direction, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders and shape product strategy through design rather than decorating an existing roadmap.
• Coach designers on journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, setting the quality bar and developing the people who will hit it independently.
• Oversee and contribute to the shared design system so quality scales across teams instead of fragmenting into one-off UI.
• Dig into user behavior through interviews, focus groups, and usability tests, turning insights into roadmap-changing recommendations.

What you bring

• Proven B2C product design leadership with end-to-end ownership of digital consumer products at meaningful scale, including navigating stakeholder conflict and shipping launches.
• A portfolio demonstrating journeys you owned (not just polished screens), including the problem, tradeoffs, and measurable impact after launch. A portfolio is required.
• User-centered craft grounded in business outcomes: you can describe choosing the harder UX path because data or user behavior demanded it, and show what moved.
• Experience running multiple workstreams in parallel and sequencing scope cuts while maintaining quality.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach a mid-to-large design team, with concrete examples of how individuals grew under your leadership and how you handled quality slips.
• Executive presence: you translate creative vision into business language and have aligned senior stakeholders on design direction when opinions conflicted.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, crypto, or trading UX, particularly designing money-moving or high-stakes financial flows where trust and clarity are core to the product.
• Track record evolving design systems used by multiple product squads with demonstrated adoption beyond just a Figma library.
• Built lightweight research operations that product and engineering teams actually use.
• AI fluency and hands-on prototyping experience.
