Lead Web Designer & Creative Strategist

As a Lead Web Designer and Creative Strategist at Web3 Marketing, you design beautiful, functional websites and custom brand materials while managing projects from concept through development. You work at the direction of the Creative Director, coordinate directly with clients, and collaborate with developers, SEO, and content teams to deliver designs that meet business objectives.

What you'll do

• Design responsive website layouts that are beautiful, functional, and accessible
• Design custom brand materials including logos, branding guidelines, graphics, packaging, brochures, and business cards
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility guidelines while balancing SEO optimization
• Manage web projects from concept through development review, overseeing workflows, timelines, and resources
• Assist with project estimation and scoping
• Meet and correspond with clients directly to ensure design concepts meet their objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly during the programming phase
• Communicate and coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure design supports optimization efforts
• Stay current with evolving UI/UX trends
• Work with in-house or third-party designers to ensure brand consistency, act as a liaison between designers and clients, and verify designs meet Web3's standards
• Upload and format content, imagery, and media assets

What you bring

• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe XD and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS
