Legal, Compliance & Operations Intern- Bit2Me STX

As a Legal, Compliance & Operations Intern at Bit2Me STX, you will support the launch of a blockchain-based securities exchange under MiCA regulation. You will work directly with founding and senior leadership from leading financial institutions, growing your expertise in regulatory architecture and operational excellence using generative AI tools.

What you'll do

• Support customer and issuer onboarding by assisting with KYC/AML verification, document review, and completeness analysis of applications
• Help prepare admission files for issuers and materials for the admissions committee and board of directors
• Collaborate on regulatory filings, records and official correspondence with the CNMV and other supervisory authorities
• Maintain operational checklists, registers and documentation of key processes for the exchange launch
• Organize and keep current contracts, internal policies and corporate documentation
• Support business development through issuer pipeline tracking, market analysis and presentation material preparation
• Learn to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and Excel to automate repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency
