Manager, AI Platform Engineering

As Manager of AI Platform Engineering at Ripple, you spearhead the development of GSmart, our AI platform powering smart features across enterprise treasury products. You own the platform roadmap end to end, working with product and solution teams to convert customer challenges into technical solutions while building and mentoring a growing engineering team. You stay actively involved in architecture and production code.

What you'll do

• Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end
• Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable
• Work with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges
• Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables
• Hire, mentor, and grow the platform AI engineering team
• Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code

What you bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong full-stack development skills across front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience operating AI systems in production
• Deep, current knowledge of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure
