Manager, AI Platform Engineering

As Manager, AI Platform Engineering at Ripple, you'll spearhead the development of GSmart, our AI platform powering smart features across enterprise treasury products. You'll own the AI platform roadmap end to end, working on greenfield projects that convert customer challenges into technical solutions while building and mentoring a world-class engineering team.

What you'll do

• Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end
• Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable
• Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges
• Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables
• Hire, mentor, and grow the platform AI engineering team
• Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code

What you bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong full-stack development skills across front-end, back-end, and APIs, with solid cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience operating AI systems in production
• Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure
