Manager, Liquidity Management

As Manager of Liquidity Management at Ripple, you support the management of market maker relationships and liquidity programs across Ripple USD (RLUSD), RippleX, and Ripple's Payments products. You'll work in London within the Stablecoin business, which launched RLUSD in December 2024 and has grown to over $2.4bn in market cap, making it one of the fastest-growing stablecoins and a top 5 fiat-backed stablecoin overall. This role suits an entrepreneurial, self-starting individual who thrives in an outcome-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Support the management of market maker relationships and external liquidity programs across RLUSD, RippleX, and Ripple's Payments products, including day-to-day coordination, onboarding, and ongoing engagement and analytics
• Monitor market maker performance against program terms, produce regular performance reporting, and flag issues for escalation
• Help run RLUSD taker adoption initiatives by executing incentive programs, tracking uptake by segment, and feeding results back into wider team strategy
• Navigate the digital liquidity landscape and connect the dots across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers to keep liquidity flowing efficiently
• Maintain visibility on bridge inventory and liquidity positioning across venues, supporting the team's internal liquidity management
• Work closely with Risk, Trading and Leadership to iterate on depeg management and ensure mitigation of all identified risks
• Prepare materials, data, and analysis for market maker and partner conversations
• Work cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Business Development, Legal and Operations to keep liquidity programs running smoothly and scale processes as volumes grow
• Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand by identifying financial institutions, institutional investors, and other partners interested in tokenized real-world assets

What you bring

• 7-9 years of experience in traditional markets, crypto, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of the digital liquidity landscape and ability to navigate and connect the dots between custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers
• Exposure to trading markets (traditional, crypto, or both) and understanding of market making and liquidity provision
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple relationships and programs in parallel
• Ability to bring structure to systems, processes, and solutions where answers are not clear
• Understanding of blockchain technology
• Personal or professional experience dealing with crypto, moving funds, and interacting with DeFi, with familiarity of top players in the industry
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• BS/BA in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytic discipline
• Passion for fintech, markets, and Ripple's vision of the Internet of Value

Nice to have

• DeFi know-how
• Strong understanding of stablecoins and/or tokenized assets
• Good understanding of how real-world assets (RWAs) work
