Manager, People Operations

As Manager, People Operations at Paxos, you'll own the design and execution of key People programs and systems. You'll blend strategic impact with tactical execution, working with a hands-on approach in a high-growth environment built on blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for leading financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Oversee the design and rollout of people programs including engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems and vendor renewals
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure processes and programs are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business priorities
• Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting to increase accuracy and scalability
• Monitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards to provide actionable insights to executives and the Board
• Ensure policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across multiple geographies, including small or newly established international populations
• Support the integration of acquired employees into the People Operations lifecycle, including systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance alignment

What you bring

• 10+ years of progressive HR and People experience, with 8-10 years focused on People Operations
• Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries
• Experience integrating acquired companies' employees into HR systems and programs
• Experience supporting small or distributed international employee populations, including navigating varying compliance and operational needs across geographies
• Exceptional analytical skills and an advanced ability to model, interpret, and present complex people-data to drive clear, strategic decisions
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, including Workday, and proven ability to leverage technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvements
• Experience overseeing and implementing a wide range of HR programs across the employee lifecycle
• A track record of thriving in very fast-moving, ambiguous environments with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines
• Successful management of competing priorities, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, from employees to executives

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and advanced HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or MSHR
• Exceptional listening skills, a personable and approachable demeanor, and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels
• Ability to work independently as an active member of both business and the People Team
• Flexibility to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations
• Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
