
As Manager of Warehouse Operations at Galaxy Digital, you will oversee all warehouse functions at one of North America's largest and fastest-growing data center developers. You lead a team of leads and material handlers to ensure materials, equipment, and components are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently, preventing operational downtime across Galaxy's multi-gigawatt data center pipeline.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, intake, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution to meet operational goals
- Serve as the primary contact for all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and on-schedule delivery
- Ensure timely onsite material distribution to fulfill work orders and minimize risk of operational downtime
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time shipping, order accuracy, throughput, and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to support site operational objectives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What you bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including shipping and receiving operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain it
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, material handling, and OSHA safety standards
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for shipping, receiving, and storage
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to perform all duties in environments that may contain dust, wind, high noise, and hot and cold weather
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Nice to have
- Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably IBM Maximo
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
- Experience working in a data center or mission-critical environment
