Market Specialist

As a Market Specialist at CryptoMize, you occupy the hands-on execution seat of the marketing function. Based at our New Delhi HQ, you manage accounts, run digital channels, and turn analysis into implemented campaigns across political, reputational and commercial client portfolios. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, where you combine account management, analysis, reporting, implementation and client relationships in one role.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking, growing the account base you manage
• Assist in all aspects of account management: analysis and reporting across digital marketing channels, implementation and post-launch analysis
• Deliver website optimization recommendations grounded in channel data - traffic, behavior and conversion metrics read together
• Plan and manage market research for assigned accounts, including market share analysis, advertising practices and audience response
• Run campaign implementation across all channels each account uses (search, social, local and email) with QA approval before anything ships to a live account
• Develop marketing strategy inputs across content marketing, customer behavior analysis and customer experience management
• Perform additional duties as accounts demand, bringing generalist capability within your discipline

What you bring

• Demonstrated craft skills in account development through prospecting and networking
• Strong ability in digital marketing channel analysis and reporting
• Experience with campaign implementation including pre-launch QA discipline
• Website optimization literacy - reading traffic and behavior data into actionable recommendations
• Competence in market share and advertising practice research
• Proficiency with Google Analytics for channel and site analysis
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta-class) for implementation
• Ability to produce clear, client-ready reporting that requires no translation
• Discretion with client account data (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with CRM workflows for relationship tracking
