Marketing and Customer Growth Lead

As Marketing and Customer Growth Lead at CoinPort, you own the creative and results for a regulated Australian crypto exchange. You report to our Operations Manager and work closely with the CEO on marketing direction, growing our presence in Australia from the ground up. Our compliance team reviews all marketing before it goes live, because that is what being regulated means.

What you'll do

• Build and execute marketing strategy for the Australian market, setting the direction yourself
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta and crypto-relevant platforms, controlling your own monthly budget
• Own social media end to end: content calendar, copywriting, design briefs, scheduling and community engagement
• Create and appear in on-camera video content: explainers, promos and social reels
• Maintain brand consistency across every CoinPort touchpoint
• Track results weekly, cut what doesn't work and report on performance
• Prepare all ads and posts for compliance review before launch
• Provide chat and phone support to Australian customers
• Welcome new users and guide them through onboarding and identity verification
• Follow up with users who stall during signup to improve completion rates

What you bring

• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence on camera and ability to explain crypto clearly to first-time buyers
• Comfort speaking with customers by phone
• Proven ability to run ads and social campaigns independently without agency support
• A genuine interest in crypto, fintech or financial services
• A track record of owning something and growing it yourself
• Self-directed approach to work in a small team where everyone has a wide remit

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to Filipino audiences
• Tagalog language skills

What we offer

• 100% work from home in the Philippines with no commute
• 36 hours per week, not 48: eight hours a day Monday to Thursday every week, plus every second Friday off
• Hours overlap with Melbourne business hours (approximately 6am to 2pm Manila time during Australian daylight saving, 7am to 3pm otherwise)
• Engagement as a contractor to start, moving to a staff role after a successful trial period
• Performance-linked compensation tied to agreed goals
• 13th month pay, paid every December
