MARKETING ASSOCIATE-CRYPTO.COM ARENA

As a Marketing Associate at Levy, you support the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Rank + Rally Merchandise team to execute marketing initiatives, e-commerce campaigns, and retail activations for Team LA Store and LakersStore.com. This role combines digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce support, and in-store retail operations to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales performance.

What you'll do

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Team LA Store, LakersStore.com, and Rank + Rally merchandise initiatives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity
• Develop creative concepts and content for social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, and retail activations
• Assist in the creation of marketing presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports
• Coordinate media outreach, promotional opportunities, and grassroots marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-promotional opportunities and maximize audience reach
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, both digital and physical
• Monitor and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging channels
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand objectives
• Track social media trends, fan engagement, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in managing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and digital marketing initiatives
• Utilize marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Support the Marketing Manager and e-commerce team with product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates on LakersStore.com and TeamLAStore.com
• Create and update promotional banners, product imagery, and website content
• Ensure product placement, descriptions, pricing, and merchandising standards are maintained across digital platforms
• Assist with quality assurance testing to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
