Marketing & Business Development Executive

As a Marketing and Business Development Executive at Blockchain Solutions, you will drive marketing campaigns, support sales and business development efforts, and create content across digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to global marketing initiatives while working on emerging technology and Web3 projects.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns for BSL solutions across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Monitor engagement, market trends and campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports.
• Research and identify potential clients, business partners, brands, IP owners and commercial opportunities.
• Support lead generation, client communication, sales presentations, proposals and follow-up activities.
• Maintain leads, contacts and follow-up activities using ClickUp, Miro or other internal tools.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics and short-form videos for campaigns and business activities.
• Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, business matching and other promotional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research and keep up with relevant technology, AI, Web3 and digital marketing trends.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing, sales and business development projects as required.

What you bring

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, sales or an agency environment (fresh graduates with strong relevant skills or portfolios are welcome).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Canva for design work.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research and productivity.
• Creative, proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools.
• Interest in technology, Web3, entertainment, IP, e-commerce or digital platforms.
