Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at VIMworld, you drive customer acquisition, manage paid social channels, and oversee external partnerships for a Web3 and blockchain platform. You will be based in the Las Vegas office and own strategy execution across digital channels, community engagement, and product launches.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth
• Manage external project expansion and collaborations with partners
• Oversee paid social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) and implement effective ad campaigns
• Develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
• Host Twitter Spaces and engage with community members to promote the VIMworld brand
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful marketing campaigns for product launches from the ecosystem's product suite
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, and social media content
• Experience hosting Twitter Spaces (livestream content) and engaging with community members
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
• An extroverted personality with a passion for creativity and brainstorming

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
