Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager at SALT Lending, you take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution. SALT is a crypto-backed lending platform that bridges cryptocurrency with traditional finance, offering financial services to individuals and businesses worldwide. You'll oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns, social media, content, events, and more, requiring strong project management skills and a passion for crypto and fintech.

What you'll do

• Own and manage marketing projects using Jira, ensuring campaigns and tasks across digital, email, social, content, and paid media are completed on time with streamlined team collaboration.
• Own and manage SALT's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms by developing content strategies, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Coordinate end-to-end podcast production, including guest outreach, scheduling, script coordination, recording logistics, publishing, and promotional asset management.
• Collaborate on blog posts, newsletters, press releases, website content, and other materials to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Develop and manage email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, product announcements, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support SALT's presence at industry conferences such as BTC2025 and WAGMI, including booth setup, promotional materials, and networking strategies.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

What you bring

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of project management, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, and a project management tool like Asana or Trello.
• Experience running paid campaigns and analyzing performance data.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership aptitude.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering consistent and complete execution on time and within budget.
• Creative and structured thinking with a willingness to try new approaches and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills to make informed recommendations and decisions for future marketing initiatives.

Nice to have

• Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with banking rules, regulations, laws, and compliance policies and procedures.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Background working in or managing agencies.
• Experience with AML/KYC compliance in consumer and business lending.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, blockchain, or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing global marketing strategies for multiple cultural audiences.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence.
