Medical Administrator

As a Medical Administrator at CryptoMize, you own the medical-administration layer of live healthcare-sector engagements end-to-end. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi HQ, supporting clinical-licensed professionals across hospital, clinical, and pharmaceutical client portfolios. We staff administrative capacity ahead of healthcare-sector engagements, not after they land, and you join a team where workflow discipline directly informs real hospital and clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own the medical-administration layer of live healthcare-sector engagements end-to-end, from workflow design through to the compliance framings that reach the client deck
• Set and enforce workflow-quality standards on the briefs our healthcare strategists review, rejecting and remediating plans that lack clinical-administration discipline
• Design the workflow architecture for new healthcare-sector engagements, including hospital operations, scheduling logic, vendor coordination, and compliance timelines, with the strategist before rollout begins
• Deliver recurring administrative products: weekly compliance reports, workflow-adjustment memos, and quarter-scale operational-trend briefs
• Sit in client briefings as the administrative authority, answering questions about workflow compliance and redesign safety with engagement evidence to back your assessment
• Maintain audit trails that allow any administrative plan to be reconstructed decision by decision, on demand, in front of a client
• Supervise scoped intern briefs, review their administrative notes, and feed decisions on intern conversion

What you bring

• Advanced clinical-administration discipline in hospital operations, scheduling architecture, and vendor coordination under regulatory constraint
• Regulatory compliance rigor with HIPAA-equivalent and accreditation frameworks, plus audit-trail discipline applied to live engagements
• Clinical-record handling expertise covering PHI/PII confidentiality, retention policy, and access control with breach discipline
• Production-grade SQL skills, including joins, window functions, and query planning on engagement tables
• Advanced Excel fluency with pivot tables, lookups, structured references, and scenario modeling for compliance timelines
• Ability to produce analytical documentation in reproducible administrative memos per engagement
• Client-facing communication skills, able to defend a workflow redesign under skeptical clinical questioning
• Discretion and confidentiality with NDA-grade clinical and client records (non-negotiable)
• Cross-functional navigation across clinical, administrative, intelligence, and legal stakeholders
• Experience navigating vendor and partner relationships, including hospital information systems, EMR/EHR vendors, and compliance partners
• Domain curiosity across hospital operations, pharma, and public health

Nice to have

• Mentorship experience with junior administrators and interns
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL 15
• Experience with Notion or Linear for engagement workflow management
• Familiarity with Git-based administrative template repositories with review discipline
• Experience with Metabase or Grafana for compliance dashboards
