Medical Representative

CryptoMize is hiring Medical Representatives for its New Delhi headquarters on a permanent, full-time basis with immediate joining. You will own positioning briefs and field-intelligence plans for live healthcare-sector engagements across pharma, biotech, and public-health portfolios, translating engagement objectives into field-intelligence architecture before any plan reaches a strategist for review.

What you'll do

• Carry approved scientific messages into the field through scheduled visits to prescribers, pharmacies, and hospital departments with cleared material only
• Plan territory circuits that match coverage frequency to account value and route travel to maximise productive meetings
• Deliver product briefings from the approved profile only, covering indication, dosing summary, and supporting studies, staying within regulatory boundaries
• Collect field feedback including prescriber objections, competitor intelligence, and availability gaps, then synthesise findings into weekly field notes for the strategy team
• Coordinate speakers, roundtables, and conference presence for assigned accounts, handling logistics under compliance rules
• Maintain sample and literature accountability through batch records, expiry checks, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Escalate objections you cannot answer to medical affairs and return with approved responses rather than improvised ones
• Design positioning briefs and field-intelligence plans that intercept quality problems upstream in prescriber-network mapping, formulary-coverage review, and regulatory-window assessment
• Maintain audit trails that allow any positioning brief to be reconstructed decision by decision on demand for clients
• Supervise intern briefs, review positioning notes, and inform intern conversion decisions, teaching the next cohort

What you bring

• Demonstrated skill in scientific-detailing craft, delivering approved messages within prescriber time constraints
• Proficiency in territory planning and route economics
• Strict approved-profile discipline, staying within license boundaries at every communication point
• Ability to write field notes that surface patterns rather than anecdotes
• Experience coordinating medical events under compliance rules
• Competence in sample and material accountability record-keeping
• Skill in handling objections and escalating appropriately
• Relationship-building capacity across repeated correct visits
• Knowledge of formulary and availability landscape in assigned accounts
• Composure in clinical settings including waiting rooms, nurses' stations, and outpatient departments
• Discipline in weekly reporting filed on time consistently
• Non-negotiable conduct within promotional-code boundaries
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including scenario modelling
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL 15, Notion or Linear for engagement workflow, and Git-based field-intelligence template repositories
• Working knowledge of Metabase or Grafana for healthcare dashboards
