MERN & Blockchain Backend Developer

Suffescom Solutions Pvt is looking for an experienced Blockchain and Node.js Developer to build scalable backend systems and decentralized applications. You will design and maintain backend applications using Node.js, develop and deploy smart contracts on blockchain networks, and integrate blockchain functionality with backend services and third-party systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on blockchain networks
• Integrate blockchain functionality with backend applications and third-party services
• Work with Web3 technologies to interact with decentralized networks and wallets
• Design secure and efficient blockchain-based solutions for business requirements
• Manage and optimize database systems using MySQL, MongoDB, and other data stores
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access mechanisms
• Handle error logging, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning

What you bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development
• Strong expertise in Express.js and backend architecture
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loop, and performance optimization
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB
• Good understanding of authentication mechanisms including JWT and RBAC
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with Docker and deployment processes
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems
• Hands-on experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries
• Knowledge of wallet integrations such as MetaMask and WalletConnect
• Understanding of smart contract security, gas optimization, and auditing best practices
• Experience interacting with blockchain networks through RPC providers and APIs
