Office Manager

As an Office Manager at BitGo, you spearhead operations at our New York office, managing administrative needs, vendor relationships, facility coordination, and employee experience. You act as the operational backbone that enables our team to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-growing digital asset infrastructure company.

What you'll do

• Manage all administrative and general office needs at the New York office
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality service delivery
• Serve as the primary contact with building management to address all facility requirements
• Partner with the Executive Assistant on event planning, including regular social events, external events, holiday parties, and offsite retreats in collaboration with the Internal Events Team
• Work closely with the HR and People Operations team to implement local perks and benefits programs
• Welcome visitors and create a warm, pleasant experience for everyone entering the office
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety expectations and partner with the Legal team to assess Employee Health and Safety risks
• Issue key cards for new employees and visitor passes to maintain secure office access
• Foster a positive office culture by actively encouraging team members to return to the office and promoting engagement and collaboration

What you bring

• 3+ years of operations and facilities experience
• Hands-on experience with facilities operations, including coordinating office moves
• 2+ years of people management experience with demonstrated empathetic leadership
• Proficiency with workplace systems, tools, and platforms
• Experience working with property management teams
• Experience being on call and managing through emergency situations
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while valuing teamwork and collaboration
• Comfort communicating with and driving decisions alongside leadership
• A mindset open to innovation and new ideas and technologies
