OG.com - Product Designer - Predictions Market

As a Product Designer at OG.com, you'll shape the next generation of consumer prediction-market experiences. OG.com is a CFTC-regulated prediction market platform where users trade on real-world outcomes across sports, elections, culture, and finance. You'll design intuitive, trustworthy journeys that enable discovery, understanding, and participation, working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional partners to solve complex UX problems from discovery through launch.

What you'll do

• Own design strategy end-to-end by setting design principles and standards alongside product and market requirements, ensuring nothing ships without meeting your quality bar
• Ship complete journeys, not isolated screens, solving complex UX problems with urgency from discovery through prototype to production in lockstep with product and engineering
• Drive product strategy through design by presenting direction, decisions, and rationale to senior stakeholders and actively shaping the roadmap
• Own the design system, overseeing and contributing to the shared system so quality scales across teams
• Turn data and research into decisions by conducting user interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to generate roadmap-changing recommendations

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional experience working as a Product Designer
• Proven B2C product design experience with ownership of digital consumer products at meaningful scale, including a launch where you set the craft bar, navigated stakeholder conflict, and shipped
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership showing journeys you owned (not just polished screens), including the problem, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes after launch
• User-centered design practice grounded in business outcomes, with examples of choosing the harder UX path when data or user behavior demanded it
• Experience running multiple workstreams in parallel and sequencing scope to ship quality across concurrent projects
• Executive presence to translate creative vision into business language and align senior stakeholders on design direction

Nice to have

• Proven track record designing money-moving or high-stakes financial flows in prediction, fintech, crypto, or trading contexts where trust, risk visibility, and clarity are core to the product
• Hands-on experience using AI productively in your design workflow, including AI-powered exploration and prototyping with tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts, coding, GitHub, and technologies such as React, or a demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams within technical constraints
• Experience evolving and maintaining design systems across multiple product squads with demonstrable adoption beyond standard Figma libraries
• Ability to establish lightweight, repeatable research cadences that product and engineering teams actively utilize
