Onboarding Analyst - US

As an Onboarding Analyst at BVNK, you manage the onboarding and due diligence process for corporate clients in the US, ensuring adherence to best practices in compliance and risk management. You join a global team working closely with Operations, Trading, Sales, and Management to support BVNK's expanding business in the stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure space.

What you'll do

• Manage the onboarding and due diligence process for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to best practices in onboarding, compliance, and risk management
• Oversee the end-to-end corporate customer application process, including collection and verification of required documentation
• Accurately identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Directors of corporate clients, and gather all relevant details in line with internal policies
• Collect, review, and verify all required documentation for corporate applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct screening and due diligence checks such as Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media, and resolve any potential matches or flags
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards, as well as external industry best practices
• Make case-by-case decisions regarding the need for further investigations or escalations, and follow through on appropriate actions
• Perform risk assessments for all customers and follow the company's approval and escalation protocols
• Identify and suggest improvements to onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
• Support the onboarding of private individuals on the BVNK platform across various products, ensuring processes are applied consistently

What you bring

• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B corporate customer onboarding within the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
• Previous experience in a fintech or payments environment, with a good understanding of KYC/AML onboarding practices
• Demonstrated experience onboarding clients with complex ownership structures and from high-risk industries
• Proven ability to onboard and manage various legal entity types, including private limited companies, partnerships, trusts, and foundations
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify UBOs and assess corporate documentation
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for customer management and onboarding workflow tracking
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-growth environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy, productivity, and compliance
• Comfortable managing multiple onboarding cases simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
