Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at Binance, you'll help develop and execute global communications strategies for our products, working across GTMs, campaigns, and broader product strategy. You'll position Binance and its products as leaders in their categories through media opportunities, partner closely with Product Marketing to align messaging and execution, and support the resolution of product-related issues and user concerns.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute global integrated communications for products, including go-to-market strategies and campaigns aligned with Binance's broader product strategy and business objectives
• Position Binance and Binance products as leaders in their respective categories through media opportunities
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure product messaging, campaign strategy, and execution are aligned
• Support and troubleshoot product-related issues, contain and deescalate public and user concerns, and drive resolution

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in PR and communications
• A good understanding of consumer financial and trading products
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical products and concepts into media-friendly and user-friendly narratives
• A proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
• Experience in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or consumer technology is strongly preferred
