Operations Associate (Web3)

As an Operations Associate at Cregis, you join a growing operations team in a development role designed to build your foundation in Web3 operations. You start by supporting client delivery, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination to understand our products, customers, and business workflows. As you grow, you'll participate in product operations, campaign execution, and strategic operational initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support client onboarding and manage ongoing operational requests
• Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and coordinate internal follow-up
• Track project progress and ensure timely issue resolution
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge resources
• Assist in product operations initiatives, campaigns, and business projects
• Support product launches, user education, and operational activities
• Prepare operational reports and business performance analyses
• Work closely with Product, Tech, BD, and Operations teams
• Gradually take ownership of broader operational responsibilities as the business grows

What you bring

• 1-3 years of working experience
• Experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, account management, or a related field
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fast learner with interest in Web3, fintech, or technology industries
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3, fintech, payments, or SaaS industries
• Exposure to product operations, campaign operations, or community operations
• Understanding of crypto wallets, payment products, or blockchain fundamentals
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
