Operator - ARAP

As an Operator at TRON DAO, you execute routine operational tasks within the Group's digital asset settlement environment under direct supervision. You monitor system alerts, prepare transactions, and support wallet operations according to established procedures, serving as the first-touch execution point in the settlement workflow across assigned shifts.

What you'll do

• Monitor assigned system alerts and operational notifications during scheduled shifts
• Execute routine token transfer preparation tasks according to predefined instructions
• Support basic wallet-related operational tasks under direct supervision, including preparing transaction parameters such as addresses and token types
• Record executed tasks using standardized logging templates and maintain clear records of transaction-related activities
• Participate in assigned shift schedules, including night or weekend coverage if required, and perform structured shift handovers using approved templates
• Execute all tasks in strict accordance with established SOPs and immediately escalate any unclear instructions or abnormal conditions

What you bring

• A diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• Proficiency with standard computer software and workplace tools, including email systems, Slack, and document platforms
• Ability to follow structured instructions accurately and consistently
• Willingness to work in scheduled shift environments, including weekend or off-hour coverage
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined working habits
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors when issues arise

Nice to have

• Background in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Prior experience in operations, technical support, or routine execution roles
