Ops Associate - People Success

As an Ops Associate in People Success at Morpho, you support the People team in building the infrastructure that helps managers and individual contributors operate with clarity and autonomy. You work hands-on across onboarding, workplace operations, internal events, People operations, and ad hoc issues, noticing what needs to be done, taking ownership, and finding simpler ways to operate. Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol with over $1 billion in deposits, backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, and others, scaling its team to establish the open credit network globally.

What you'll do

• Support Paris office operations, including liaison with the building and workspace provider, room bookings, deliveries, and on-site coordination to keep the office running without friction
• Coordinate office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities requests so the team always has what it needs
• Support office budgeting and purchasing, and track company assets such as laptops and equipment with Finance for depreciation
• Support offsite and onsite logistics so team gatherings run smoothly
• Support People Operations for employees across the global workforce as needed
• Operate employee systems across the company so employee information stays accurate and secure, and provide backup coverage for People and HR admin during absences
• Collect and validate payroll changes, benefits updates, PTO, and supporting documentation to keep payroll clean and compliant
• Assist with invoices, expense tracking and approvals, and People-related vendor administration

What you bring

• Native or near-native French, plus professional English
• Highly organized, motivated and autonomous, comfortable owning both routine cycles and one-off exceptions
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with new tools, AI and automations
• Based in Paris with hybrid office presence required
• Strong bias for action and a "no task is too small" mindset: you get stuff done and don't wait until asked
• A fast learner and adaptable: able to get up to speed quickly and adapt to Morpho's fast-changing environment
