OT Technician

CryptoMize is hiring OT Technicians in Delhi on a rolling, always-hiring basis for full-time, permanent positions with immediate joining. You will work from our New Delhi HQ and deploy to client hospital theatres as engagements require. This role demands sterile-field command, instrument and count discipline, and the theatre readiness that surgeons depend on.

What you'll do

• Run theatre readiness for surgical lists at client hospital engagements, including setup, equipment checks, positioning, and draping to surgical standard
• Scrub and circulate with sign-off accountability: prepare trolleys, anticipate surgical sequences, and maintain sterile-field integrity throughout procedures
• Own instrument, sponge, and sharps counts with zero-drift discipline through to closure
• Manage sterilization workflow end-to-end: run autoclave cycles, verify indicators, and maintain instrument tracking so every tray is traceable
• Troubleshoot theatre equipment faults rapidly, including tables, lights, suction, and diathermy units to prevent surgical list delays
• Float between client theatres as engagement needs demand, carrying CryptoMize methodology into each environment
• Mentor OT interns through supervised scrubbing as part of your standing duty in technician development

• Independent scrub and circulating competence across general and specialty surgical lists
• Sterile-field command: the ability to establish, defend, and correct the field without escalation
• Complete instrument literacy including specialty sets and full surgical instrument knowledge
• Count discipline under closure pressure, without exception
• Autoclave and sterilization-cycle ownership with verification record-keeping
• Theatre equipment troubleshooting and first-line maintenance skills
• Positioning and transfer proficiency for a range of procedures
• Infection-control and biomedical-waste compliance as a working standard
• Closed-loop communication with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams
• Documentation rigor for theatre logs, count sheets, and sterilization records
