OTC Sales - Crypto

As an OTC Sales Executive at Coinut, you drive the growth of our OTC trading business by building and nurturing client relationships, expanding our client base, and executing OTC trades. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales trader to leverage their network in the cryptocurrency industry.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage potential clients to grow our OTC trading business
• Leverage your existing network and industry connections to attract high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and cryptocurrency businesses
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions
• Execute OTC trades efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate settlement
• Collaborate with the trading desk to optimize trade execution and pricing strategies
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry news to provide valuable insights to clients
• Monitor and report on trading volumes, trends, and market developments
• Contribute to the growth and success of the OTC trading department

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial industry, or a strong sales background in brokerage or Web3 business development
• A good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and the different roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, and prime brokers
• Prior experience with counterparty relationship management in a crypto or financial services company with high-volume and complex operations (multiple products, multiple geographies)
• A strong interest in blockchain technology and crypto/digital assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
• Experience in sales or trading in crypto, with a traditional finance background as an advantage
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scale objectives
