OTC Trader - Digital Assets

As an OTC Trader in Digital Assets at IMC, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk's PnL and executing block trades across digital asset markets. Based in Zug, you will manage large ticket sizes with professionalism, discretion, and sharp commercial instinct.

What you'll do

• Manage risk effectively on large ticket transactions, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing
• Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading
• Collaborate with internal teams including technology, compliance, and operations

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk
• Experience in electronic and systematic trading with a solid understanding of algorithmic execution and quantitative trading workflows
• A commercially driven approach with a strong client-facing mindset
• A demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management
• Proficiency in Python, comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling
• The ability to exercise independent judgment under pressure, with trustworthiness and reliability
• Willingness to work nonstandard weeks, covering weekends and evening shifts as required in exchange for off days on other weekdays
