Outbound Setter

As an Outbound Setter at Decentralized Masters, you are the first point of contact for potential high-value clients in our DeFi education platform. You qualify and assess incoming leads to ensure only the most qualified prospects reach our expert sales team. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and articulate the unique value of our products and services.

What you'll do

• Manage leads through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
• Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges
• Communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products and services
• Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria

What you bring

• Proven experience in lead qualification or a similar setting, preferably in high-ticket sales or a related industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly understand complex products and services and convey their value to potential clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
