P2P BD Assistant

Bybit seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading platform across Latin American markets. You will identify and onboard merchants, build local partnerships, and drive volume growth across key LATAM countries including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.

What you'll do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-volume P2P merchants across LATAM markets
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing LATAM countries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchants, payment partners, and local agents
• Monitor local regulatory environments, competitor activity, and payment trends to identify opportunities
• Own and deliver on P2P trading volume, merchant count, and revenue KPIs
• Work closely with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth merchant experience and regulatory alignment
• Represent the company at local crypto and fintech events, meetups, and conferences

What you bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments
• A strong understanding of P2P trading mechanics and the crypto landscape in LATAM
• Fluency in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a strong advantage
• Comfort working with KPIs and data to track performance and report results
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of local payment methods such as PIX, SPEI, and PSE, and regulatory nuances across LATAM countries

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a crypto exchange or P2P platform
• An existing network of merchants, traders, or payment agents in LATAM
• English proficiency for internal communication
