P2P Partner Operations Director

As P2P Partner Operations Director at OKX, you own the relationship with key liquidity providers across our peer-to-peer crypto marketplace. You support partners' operational needs, maintain marketplace depth and reliability, and drive partner experience improvements. This is a high-ownership, frontline role in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

• Own the P2P liquidity provider programme, monitoring marketplace depth and coverage while improving partner satisfaction and retention
• Manage the liquidity-provider programme, including tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies
• Lead growth strategy and the retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and translate insights into decisions
• Contribute to user quality and marketplace health by partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction

What you bring

• 7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership and a track record managing partner programmes at scale; multi-market experience is strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality
• Strong data and funnel fluency: you own metrics, run analysis, and steer decisions from data
• High energy and genuine hunger: you get on the frontline, have built something from 0 to 1, and push into harder markets rather than safer ones
• Working proficiency in English; at least one of the roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin for liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets
• Background in payments, remittance or fintech is especially relevant; backgrounds from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome

Nice to have

• Experience with fiat on-ramp or off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance
• Exposure to emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, or MENA
• Experience with user segmentation, high-risk user filtering, or trust and safety and fraud operations
