Partnerships Manager — Introducer & Referral Channel.

As Partnerships Manager at BlockRiver AG, you build and run the firm's introducer channel from the ground up. You source and activate firms that advise or serve businesses moving money internationally - cross-border FX providers, OTC desks, corporate finance advisors, and corporate service providers - onto BlockRiver's tiered revenue-share agreement. The platform is live and in production today, and you work directly with the founders in a senior individual contributor role.

What you'll do

• Source and sign introducer partners directly, focusing on corporate-facing firms such as advisory companies, brokerages, corporate service providers, and professional practices
• Onboard new partners through to their first live referral, ensuring their client-facing teams understand settlement, stablecoin conversion, and OTC execution well enough to raise these credibly with their own clients
• Maintain accurate commission reporting, handle tiering discussions as partners cross volume thresholds, and run regular contact cycles to keep active partners engaged
• Work alongside compliance, operations, and the trading desk to keep partner onboarding moving smoothly
• Own partner count, activation rate, and volume per active partner as core metrics

What you bring

• Four or more years managing an introducer, IB, referral, or agent channel at a cross-border FX provider, payments provider, EMI, PSP, OTC desk, or institutional brokerage
• A proven record of personally sourcing and signing partners directly, rather than managing assigned partners or processing inbound applications
• Working knowledge of stablecoin settlement and fiat-to-crypto conversion, sufficient to explain conversion, custody, and OTC execution to a commercial team without support
• Familiarity with rebate and revenue-share economics, tiering structures, and commission reconciliation
• Comfort working alongside compliance and operations in a regulated environment, including AML, KYB, and Travel Rule requirements
• Strong commercial judgment and the self-direction to operate without close supervision
• Fluent English
