Patient Care Executive

As a Patient Care Executive at CryptoMize, you own the patient-staff communication loop at assigned client healthcare engagements in Delhi. You maintain patient medical records to healthcare-grade standards, coordinate appointments and referrals, deliver service-quality measurement, and provide bedside care assistance within scope-of-practice. You rotate across client healthcare environments as engagement needs demand and mentor patient-care interns.

What you'll do

• Own the patient-staff communication loop at assigned client engagements, serving as the accurate, documented link between patients, medical staff, and families
• Maintain patient medical records to healthcare-grade current and complete standards, with confidentiality absolute
• Run appointment, diagnostic, and referral coordination for assigned patients, scheduled, tracked, and followed through without drops
• Deliver service-quality measurement on your assignments with satisfaction tracked, escalations handled, and metrics reported
• Provide bedside care assistance within scope-of-practice, alongside nursing teams
• Float between client healthcare environments as engagement needs demand, carrying CryptoMize's coordination methodology into each
• Mentor patient-care interns to build the coordination bench
