Payment & Digital Assets Manager (m/w/d) – Blockchain / Tokenisierung

As a Payment & Digital Assets Manager at DG Nexolution, you'll drive the future of payments by analysing technological, regulatory, and market developments at the intersection of banking, payment, and digital assets. You'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, develop new solutions with internal and external partners, and represent the company's interests in projects, working groups, and committees within and beyond the cooperative financial group.

What you'll do

• Steer strategic innovation projects in the area of future payments and digital assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities of DG Nexolution in network-wide initiatives and ensure holistic alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent DG Nexolution's interests in working groups, committees, and strategic partnerships, continuously building your network within the financial industry.
• Monitor market, technology, and regulatory developments, assess their impact on our business model, and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Develop new solutions and business models for the future payment and asset landscape together with specialist departments, banks, network partners, and technology providers.

What you bring

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the payment, financial services, or digital platforms environment and an interest in future topics of the financial market.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different interests together, structure complex topics, and successfully advance projects with many stakeholders.
• A professional presence and the ability to represent our company at management and committee level.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, digital currencies, or blockchain technologies.
