Payment & Digital Assets Manager (m/w/d) - Blockchain / Tokenisierung

As a Payment & Digital Assets Manager at DG Nexolution, you steer strategic innovation projects in Future Payments and Digital Assets. You coordinate cross-functional activities across the DG Nexolution group in network-wide initiatives, ensure holistic alignment between internal and external stakeholders, and represent DG Nexolution's interests in working groups, committees and strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic innovation projects in Future Payments and Digital Assets
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across DG Nexolution in group-wide initiatives and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders
• Represent DG Nexolution's interests in working groups, committees and strategic partnerships, and continuously expand your network within the financial industry
• Monitor market, technology and regulatory developments, assess their impact on our business model, and derive concrete recommendations for action
• Develop new solutions and business models for the future Payment and Asset landscape together with business units, banks, group partners and technology providers

What you bring

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Informatics or equivalent qualification
• Experience in Payment, financial services or digital platforms
• Interest in future topics of the financial market
• Ideally, prior exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, digital currencies or blockchain technologies
• The ability to bring together different interests, structure complex topics and drive projects with many stakeholders to success
• A confident demeanor, strong communication skills and the ability to represent our company professionally at management and committee level
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
