Payments Sales Manager Cyprus

As a Payments Sales Manager for Cyprus at PalWallet, you drive revenue growth and client acquisition for the company's payment and digital asset infrastructure solutions across the Cyprus market and broader region. You identify and qualify prospects, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and present PalWallet's value proposition to fintechs, platforms, merchants, and enterprise clients. You collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations.

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and prospect new clients in the payments, fintech, and digital asset space
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles and present PalWallet's solutions to fintechs, platforms, merchants, and enterprise clients
• Manage pipeline forecasting and day-to-day pipeline activities
• Design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations with the product, compliance, and operations teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Monitor industry trends in payments, stablecoins, and embedded finance to inform sales strategy and positioning
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the Cyprus region

What you bring

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services sales with a strong understanding of global payments, digital assets, and embedded finance
• Proven track record in B2B sales, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the skill to explain technical and regulatory concepts in clear business terms
• Strong organizational skills and self-directed work habits, comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, compliance, operations, and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of cross-border payments, stablecoin use cases, card programs, or multi-currency accounts
• Additional regional languages relevant to Cyprus or surrounding markets
