Payments Sales Manager, Israel

PalWallet seeks a Payments Sales Manager to drive new business growth across Israel. You'll identify, qualify, and close deals with fintechs, platforms, merchants, and enterprise clients, selling global payments, stablecoin settlement, and embedded finance solutions. Based in Ramat Gan with hybrid flexibility, you'll own the entire sales cycle from pipeline development through customer handover, partnering with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver tailored, compliant solutions.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with fintechs, platforms, merchants, and enterprise clients across Israel
• Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, product demos, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and onboarding handover to customer success teams
• Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure regulatory alignment
• Conduct market research and prospect outreach to build a qualified pipeline
• Maintain and develop relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Forecast revenue and track sales metrics to inform business planning
• Represent PalWallet at industry events and client meetings

What you bring

• Strong full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a track record closing complex payment or fintech deals
• Knowledge of payments, global money movement, digital assets, or embedded finance, with the ability to understand and explain technical financial infrastructure solutions
• Account management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and engage with senior stakeholders
• Analytical and commercial skills such as market research, opportunity qualification, revenue forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is highly advantageous
• Experience working in or selling to fintechs, financial institutions, payment providers, or technology platforms in Israel
• Comfort managing time effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based collaboration in Ramat Gan with independent work from home
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
